- Olives (½ cup / 70g) – Kalamata or green olives, drained and patted dry
- Hummus or Dips (¼ cup / 60g) – optional, such as hummus or tzatziki
- Baby Carrots or Cucumber Slices (1 cup / 120g)
- Dark Chocolate or Dried Fruit (1-2 oz / 30-60g) – dark chocolate squares or dried apricots
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients: crackers, sliced meats, cheeses, and fresh produce. Wash and pat dry any fresh fruit or veggies if needed.
- Slice cheese into cubes or slices. Thinly slice apples or cucumbers. Portion nuts and olives into small containers.
- Arrange everything neatly in your container or box, keeping wet ingredients like olives and hummus separate to avoid sogginess.
- Seal the box tightly and place it in a cooler with ice packs to keep fresh until serving.
