- 1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup (240g) Sour Cream
- 3 large Eggs
- Hot Fudge Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your brownie mix according to package instructions and pour the batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let it cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the granulated sugar, mixing until well combined. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, and mix until fully incorporated.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing just until combined after each addition. Be careful not to overmix!
- Once the brownie base is cool, pour the cheesecake filling over the brownie layer, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the oven for about 50-60 minutes. The center should be set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- If making homemade hot fudge, do this once the cheesecake is chilled. Otherwise, warm up your store-bought sauce.
- When ready to serve, drizzle warm hot fudge over the cheesecake and top each slice with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
