- 1 can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained and patted dry
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Drain the mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and maraschino cherries. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, stir together the sour cream and shredded coconut until well combined.
- Gently fold in the mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and cherries using a spatula to avoid breaking the fruit.
- Add the mini marshmallows and gently stir until everything is well coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
