- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the beef: Cut into bite-sized pieces if not already done. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Make the sauce: Mix minced garlic, melted butter, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until combined.
- Add everything to the slow cooker: Place beef in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it. Stir gently to coat the beef evenly.
- Cook: Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 4-5 hours, or until the beef is tender.
- Finish and serve: Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
