Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional add-ins: chopped spinach, sliced avocado, fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro
Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed garlic with oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly coated and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Lay out flour tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture down the center of each. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the chicken filling. Add any optional veggies or herbs.
