Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 45 medium-sized lemons
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ½ cup granulated sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 23 cups cold water or sparkling water
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mango: Start by peeling and pitting 2 ripe mangoes. Cut the flesh into chunks and set aside.
  2. Juice the Lemons: Squeeze juice from 4-5 medium-sized lemons until you have about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Make sure to strain the juice to remove any seeds.
  3. Blend: In your blender, combine the mango chunks, lemon juice, and 1 cup of cold water. Blend on high until smooth. If you prefer a thicker lemonade, you can add more mango!
  4. Sweeten: Taste your mixture and add sweetener to your liking—start with ½ cup of sugar or honey and adjust as needed. Blend again to mix.
  5. Serve: Pour the mango lemonade into a pitcher. Add 2-3 cups of cold water or sparkling water and stir well. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

For the best refreshing experience, chill your mangoes and water beforehand. If using sparkling water, add it right before serving to keep the fizz alive.
