Description
These crispy, golden Air Fryer Garlic and Herb Potatoes are festive, easy to make, and bursting with flavor. Perfect for holiday meals or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs (~700g) baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the baby potatoes and pat them dry. If they’re larger, cut them into halves or quarters for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until fully coated in the seasoning mix.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
- Transfer the potatoes to a serving dish and garnish with extra rosemary or thyme. Serve immediately.
