- 1 cup Greek yogurt (240g, full-fat or 2%)
- ½ cup peanut butter (125g, smooth and natural)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, granola, crushed nuts, or sea salt
Instructions
- Mix the Ingredients (5 minutes): In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add Your Mix-ins (Optional, 2 minutes): Fold in chocolate chips, granola, or crushed nuts if desired.
- Fill the Mold (5 minutes): Spoon the mixture into a silicone mold or lined muffin tin, filling each cavity about ¾ full. Add extra toppings if desired.
- Freeze (2-3 hours): Place the mold in the freezer until the bites are firm.
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove bites from the mold and serve immediately or store for later.
