  • ½ cup peanut butter (125g, smooth and natural)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, granola, crushed nuts, or sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the Ingredients (5 minutes): In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add Your Mix-ins (Optional, 2 minutes): Fold in chocolate chips, granola, or crushed nuts if desired.
  3. Fill the Mold (5 minutes): Spoon the mixture into a silicone mold or lined muffin tin, filling each cavity about ¾ full. Add extra toppings if desired.
  4. Freeze (2-3 hours): Place the mold in the freezer until the bites are firm.
