Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 8 oz (~225g) baby bella or cremini mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Rinse the zucchini and mushrooms. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds (about ¼ inch thick) and the mushrooms into even slices.

- Add the zucchini slices to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly softened.
