- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional add-ins: spinach, tomatoes, avocado, sour cream
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add chicken pieces and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked (about 8-10 minutes).
- Lay out tortillas and sprinkle shredded cheese down the center of each. Add cooked garlic chicken on top and any optional add-ins like spinach, tomatoes, or avocado. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Wipe out the skillet and return it to medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and toast for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Use tongs to flip them carefully.
