Ingredients
Scale
- 4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- Optional: ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your Crockpot with non-stick cooking spray or rub with a little butter.
- Place the sliced onion in the bottom of the Crockpot. Lay the pork chops over the onions in a single layer.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the pork chops.
- If using mushrooms, scatter them over the pork chops before pouring the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the pork chops are tender.
- If desired, stir in sour cream during the last 15-30 minutes of cooking for extra creamy gravy.
- Serve the pork chops with gravy over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
