Description
A delicious combination of crispy pizza crust topped with creamy Caesar dressing, juicy chicken, and fresh Caesar salad for a comforting yet healthy meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- Pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
- Olive oil for brushing
- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2–3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing (Greek yogurt-based or store-bought)
- Lemon juice (a squeeze)
- Croutons (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet and brush the top lightly with olive oil.
- Spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing over the crust, leaving about ½ inch around the edges. Scatter the cooked chicken evenly over the dressing, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- While the pizza is baking, toss the chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, croutons (if using), and a squeeze of lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Add the Caesar dressing and toss until everything is coated.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Top with the Caesar salad mixture, spreading it evenly across the surface.
- Slice the pizza and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with extra Parmesan and cracked black pepper.
Notes
For a crispier crust, preheat your pizza stone or baking sheet before placing the pizza on it. Use rotisserie chicken and store-bought Caesar dressing for a quicker version.
