- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or butter (for greasing dish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Toss gently.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour in the mixture.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Add a splash of heavy cream to the sauce for extra richness. Don’t forget to grease your baking dish to avoid sticking!
