  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Pinch of Italian seasoning
  • Optional: Chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, or sautéed mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: If your chicken isn’t cooked yet, shred it or dice it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the garlic butter: Melt the butter in a small bowl and stir in the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Toss the chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Assemble the wraps: Lay out your tortillas and sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese down the center of each. Add the garlic chicken on top and any optional veggies. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly.
  5. Cook the wraps: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
