- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
- Let chicken cool slightly.
- Spread 1/4 cup cheddar and 1/8 cup mozzarella on each tortilla.
- Top with cooked chicken.
- Fold or roll tortillas tightly.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
