Description

These cheesy garlic chicken wraps are the ultimate quick lunch – tender chicken, gooey melted cheese, and bold garlic flavor all wrapped up in a warm tortilla. Ready in 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
  6. Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
  7. Let chicken cool slightly.
  8. Spread 1/4 cup cheddar and 1/8 cup mozzarella on each tortilla.
  9. Top with cooked chicken.
  10. Fold or roll tortillas tightly.
  11. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, broil the chicken briefly after baking. Try whole-wheat tortillas or vegan cheese to fit your dietary needs.
