  • Yield: 8 servings

Description

This delightful dish is the perfect dessert for any gathering, be it a family brunch, a potluck, or just a cozy night in. The combination of the cream cheese filling and buttery crescent rolls creates a mouthwatering dish that everyone will rave about.

Ingredients

  • Crescent Rolls
  • Cream Cheese
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the package of crescent rolls and gently unroll them. Lay them in the bottom of your greased 9×13 inch baking dish, pressing them together to form a crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Use a hand mixer to beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll crust, spreading it evenly with a rubber spatula.
  5. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
  6. Allow your casserole to cool for a few minutes before slicing. You can serve it warm, or refrigerate it for a chilled dessert later on.

Notes

For serving, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Fresh berries on top add a lovely pop of color and flavor.
