Easy Caramel Iced Coffee Recipe – Perfect Summer Drink

  • Author: Nora Winslow
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

This easy caramel iced coffee recipe is creamy, refreshing, and perfectly balanced with coffee and caramel sweetness. Make it at home in under 5 minutes for a fraction of the cost of coffee shop drinks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • ½ cup milk (whole milk, almond milk, oat milk, or half-and-half)
  • 23 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • Ice (crushed or coffee ice cubes)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee using your preferred method. Let it cool to room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of caramel sauce into a glass or tumbler. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  3. Pour the cooled coffee over the caramel sauce and stir gently.
  4. Add ½ cup of milk to the glass and watch the caramel and coffee swirl together.
  5. Fill the glass with ice until full. Use coffee ice cubes for extra flavor.
  6. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce for a coffee-shop vibe (optional).

Notes

[‘Use cold coffee to prevent ice from melting too quickly.’, ‘Experiment with different types of milk for unique flavors.’, ‘Freeze coffee into ice cubes to avoid watering down the drink.’, ‘Layer ingredients for a visually appealing presentation.’]
