Quick and satisfying snack made with bagels topped with marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni, and olives, cooked to crispy perfection in an air fryer.

- 2 bagels, halved (plain or everything)
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20–25 pepperoni slices (turkey pepperoni optional)
- ¼ cup black olives, sliced
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (optional)
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C), about 3 minutes.
- Slice bagels in half horizontally and spray cut sides lightly with olive oil spray.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce evenly on each bagel half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
- Top with pepperoni slices and black olives evenly.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top if using.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, checking after 5 minutes for bubbly cheese and golden edges.
- Remove carefully and let cool for 2 minutes.
- Slice each bagel half into quarters and serve.
Notes
Do not overload sauce to avoid soggy bagels. Use fresh shredded mozzarella for best melting. Spray olive oil on bagel edges for crispiness. Flip bagels halfway through cooking for even crisping. Room temperature toppings melt better. If cheese melts too slowly, lower temperature to 320°F and add 1-2 minutes.
