Description
This smoothie is bursting with tropical flavors and icy goodness, making it the ultimate summer treat. It’s packed with vitamins and nutrients, perfect for busy mornings or a quick afternoon snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- If using fresh mangoes and pineapples, peel and chop them into smaller pieces. If using frozen fruits, skip this step. Slice the banana into chunks.
- In your blender, add the chopped mangoes, pineapple chunks, banana slices, and coconut milk. If using fresh fruit, add a cup of ice.
- Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Stop to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, consider adding a splash of honey or a bit of agave syrup. Blend again for a few seconds.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses or mason jars. You can garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
- Enjoy your refreshing treat while it’s cold for the best taste!
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use more frozen fruits or less liquid. For a more drinkable consistency, add additional coconut milk or water.
