Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 4 large low carb tortillas (3-5g net carbs each)
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (mozzarella and sharp cheddar mix)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional add-ins: 1 cup baby spinach, ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, avocado slices
Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips about ½ inch wide. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned. Add red pepper flakes if using.
- Add the chicken strips to the skillet with the garlic butter. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden on the edges, about 7-8 minutes.

- Divide the cheesy garlic chicken evenly among the tortillas. Add any optional toppings like baby spinach or avocado slices. Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the edges to keep everything inside.
- Optional: Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until the outside is golden and crispy.
- Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
